    In 2018, I took a leap of faith and built DISTINCT DIALOGUE from scratch.

    As a creative, I knew my vision couldn’t wait. So I bet on myself. I believed that if I could dedicate 40 hours a week to my own ideas, I could create anything.

    With that conviction, I got to work—I built my business one library table at a time across New York City.

    And over seven years later, here we are.

    I bring 15 years of consumer brand and agency experience in strategic internal and external communications—skills I now use to help clients see themselves in their stories and bring their boldest ideas to life.

    I know firsthand what it takes to go from imagination to action—and to stay the course through the highs and lows.

    Robin Christian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with 25 years of corporate leadership and talent management experience across energy, chemical and refining, and healthcare sectors. She helps leaders and organizations achieve excellent performance through coaching and accountability, known for her authenticity, curiosity, and belief in her clients' potential.

    Robin is also a Certified Mentor Coach and is certified to administer Birkman, DiSC, and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments.

    She holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Management from The University of Akron, completed her coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and is a Certified Mediator in Texas.

    Cheron Freeman is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Career Transition Expert with over 15 years of experience guiding professionals through pivotal career shifts. She specializes in career skills development, workforce transition strategies, and helping individuals identify and own their strengths.

    With a deep understanding of job market trends and hiring practices, Cheron has successfully coached over 300 coding boot camp graduates, mid-career professionals, and industry pivoters into aligned and fulfilling roles. Through career coaching, workshops, and innovative learning solutions, she helps clients embrace career shifts as a skill set, positioning them for long-term success.

    Cheron holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University and completed her coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

    Kelly Houston is a Team Leadership Coach and Networking Technologist with over 28 years of experience in Network Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and Telecommunications Infrastructure.

    He has helped technology startup companies successfully implement cutting-edge technology solutions and is passionate about empowering leaders and organizations to reach their full potential.

    Kelly is certified to administer the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from The University of Tulsa, and completed his coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
